Angel After Dark SMS Program Terms and Conditions

By opting into the Program (as defined below), you agree to these Angel After Dark LLC ("Angel After Dark", including its affiliated entities, "we", "us", or "our") SMS Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"), as well as Angel After Dark's Terms of Service [(which includes a mandatory arbitration provision and class action waiver)] and Angel After Dark's Privacy Policy.

Program Description

Angel After Dark LLC provides recurring promotional and personalized marketing text messages, including discounts and special offers, to customers and potential customers (the "Program"). Message frequency may vary. Messages may be sent using an automated system. We reserve the right to change the short code or phone number from which messages are sent, and will notify you if we do so.

How to Opt-in

You may opt in to the Program by visiting AngelAfterDark.com, providing your mobile phone number in the space provided, and agreeing to the terms presented on the website (including these Terms and Conditions). If you are on a mobile device, you may be prompted to confirm your opt-in by sending a text message to us.

How to Opt-out/Cancel

To opt-out of the Program, you may text "STOP" to +1-323-272-6605 (the "Program Number"). You may also opt-out by texting "QUIT", "END", "CANCEL", or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to the Program Number. Once you opt-out, we will send you a single confirmation text message and cease sending further Program messages unless you opt-in again.

If we notify you that the Program Number has changed, you must send your opt-out request to the new number provided.

Please note that opting out of the Program will not unsubscribe you from other text communications you may have separately elected to receive from us.

You acknowledge that our text messaging platform may not recognize opt-out requests that do not include one of the designated keywords listed above or that are sent to a number no longer in use (after notification of such change). We and our service providers will not be liable for failing to honor unsubscribe requests made through improper methods.

Delivery

We do not guarantee that you will receive text messages under the Program. Factors beyond our control, including network issues, may cause delayed or undelivered messages. Neither Angel After Dark LLC nor your carrier is responsible for delayed or undelivered text messages.

We are able to deliver messages to the following mobile carriers:

Major carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Alltel, Boost Mobile, Nextel, and Virgin Mobile.

Minor carriers: Alaska Communications Systems (ACS), Appalachian Wireless (EKN), Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One of East Central IL (ECIT), Cellular One of Northeast Pennsylvania, Cincinnati Bell Wireless, Cricket, Coral Wireless (Mobi PCS), COX, Cross, Element Mobile (Flat Wireless), Epic Touch (Elkhart Telephone), GCI, Golden State, Hawkeye (Chat Mobility), Hawkeye (NW Missouri), Illinois Valley Cellular, Inland Cellular, iWireless (Iowa Wireless), Keystone Wireless (Immix Wireless/PC Man), Mosaic (Consolidated or CTC Telecom), Nex-Tech Wireless, NTelos, Panhandle Communications, Pioneer, Plateau (Texas RSA 3 Ltd), Revol, RINA, Simmetry (TMP Corporation), Thumb Cellular, Union Wireless, United Wireless, Viaero Wireless, and West Central (WCC or 5 Star Wireless).

Eligibility

The Program is intended for use by U.S. residents who are at least 18 years of age.

Privacy

Your privacy is our priority. Angel After Dark LLC will never sell your mobile phone number to third parties without your prior consent. We will not distribute your personal information collected through the Program, including your phone number, name, billing information, or any other identifying details, without your prior consent. Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We may revise, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect upon being posted to our website. You agree to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Changes to Your Telephone Number

If you change or deactivate your mobile telephone number, it is your responsibility to notify us at Service@AngelAfterDark.com to have your number removed from the Program.

Consent to Electronic Disclosures

You agree that we may provide disclosures related to the Program electronically. You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic disclosures by contacting us at Service@AngelAfterDark.com. Withdrawing your consent will not affect disclosures previously provided to you.

To update your contact information or request a free paper copy of any disclosure, please contact us at the same email address.

You understand that you will need access to a computer or mobile device with Internet access and a current web browser to view disclosures, and a printer or storage device to save copies.

Cost

Participation in the Program is free; however, message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

Program Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of the Program at any time, with or without notice.
