Please note that it may take 1 to 2 business days after your order is processed for tracking information to be updated by UPS or the U.S. Postal Service.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Information

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. This email will include your order details and tracking information once your package is prepared for shipment.

If you have not received your confirmation or tracking email:

First, check your junk or spam folders. You can search for the email address Service@AngelAfterDark.com.

If you still cannot locate your confirmation email, please contact us. When reaching out, kindly provide the following information so we can assist you promptly:

  • Full name on the order
  • Order number (if available)
  • Shipping address
  • Email address associated with the order

Our customer service team will promptly investigate and ensure you receive the information you need.

Shipping Methods

We currently offer three shipping methods within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: Cost: $6.95, or FREE for orders over $60 (pre-tax, after discounts). Carrier: UPS, FedEx, or USPS (economy option, including PO Boxes). Delivery Time: 2–5 business days (not guaranteed).
  • Priority Shipping: Cost: Starting at $12.95 (calculated during checkout). Carrier: USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Delivery Time: 2–3 business days (weekends not included). Estimated delivery dates and costs are provided during checkout.
  • Express Shipping: Cost: Starting at $19.95 (calculated during checkout). Carrier: UPS or FedEx (no PO Boxes accepted). Delivery Time: 1 business day (weekends not included). Estimated delivery dates are provided during checkout.

Shipping timeframes update daily at 2:00 PM Pacific Time / 4:00 PM Eastern Time. Our website provides live updates and will display estimated delivery dates at checkout based on when you place your order.

Important:
  • All orders placed by 1:00 PM Pacific Time (4:00 PM Eastern Time), Monday through Friday, will ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM PT will ship the next business day.

Delivery Guarantees

Priority and Express shipping options are guaranteed based on the delivery date provided at checkout.

Standard Shipping (Flat Rate) is not guaranteed; an estimated delivery window is provided.

Hawaii and Alaska: We ship via USPS Priority Mail only; overnight shipping is not guaranteed.

Delivery guarantees are voided in circumstances outside of our control, such as:

  • Weather delays
  • Mechanical issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Natural disasters
  • Inaccessibility of delivery location
  • Recipient unavailability

Shipping Refunds

We will refund your shipping charges if:

  • The package is misrouted
  • A missed flight occurs
  • A human error by the carrier is confirmed

We do not refund shipping charges in cases of:

  • Weather delays
  • Incorrect or missing address information
  • Recipient not available at the time of delivery
  • Restricted access to the delivery location
  • Closed business or residence at delivery time

Free Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Shipping for all U.S. orders over $60 (after discounts and pre-tax). Occasionally, we offer additional shipping specials — sign up for our emails to stay updated!

Standard Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping is a cost-effective, non-guaranteed shipping method.

  • Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
  • Free with qualifying orders over $60.

Changing Shipping Method

  • If your order has not yet shipped: Contact Customer Care immediately. We can cancel your order so you can reorder with the correct shipping method.
  • If your order has already shipped: Shipping methods cannot be changed.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, and Military Addresses

Hawaii and Alaska:
  • Shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
  • We do not offer UPS delivery to Hawaii or Alaska.
APO/FPO/DPO Addresses:
  • We ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail only.
  • We do not offer UPS service to military addresses.
U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam):
  • Shipped via USPS.
  • UPS shipping is not available to these locations.
